Did you know you can change anything about you at any age, in any relationship or situation? The way you think, the language you speak, your leadership style, your politics or fitness level – it’s all up to you.
You can’t change anybody else, though. Which is actually good news, because it means nobody can force you to change.
Yet if you change the way you interact with someone, your relationship will change. If you want to be more kind, direct, or compassionate, you can do that. Nobody can stop you. You get to choose.
And that’s powerful knowledge.
