The membership for people with family caregiving responsibilities AND other things in their lives, too

Ever wonder if it’s possible to have family caregiver responsibilities, get enough rest and feel a lot less lonely while you juggle everything life throws at you?

It is possible.

If it seems like your life and your needs always get pushed to the side – and if you’re tired of being tired – From One Caregiver to Another® is the online place for you.

This is the supportive community you’ve been looking for. Here, you’ll find people who understand what you’re going through. And who believe you can live your own life, too.

 What’s in it for you?

In the From One Caregiver to Another membership, you’ll find safe community, brave self-development, and compassion. You’ll be able say what you need to say, admit what you really think and feel, and get help figuring out how to get rest and live a happier life. You’ll get personalized support in the online group and access to a group coaching call every week.*

No judgment, guilt or shame. Ever.

I’m your host, Kay Coughlin. I’m a life coach for family caregivers who want to get some rest and feel less alone. I’m also a caregiver, mother and wife. I hear the criticism and I feel the pressures, just like you.

I created “From One Caregiver to Another” to be the safe, supportive community I’ve always wished for.

The reality is, those of us who have family caregiver responsibilities have been taught it’s wrong to want basic things for ourselves. Rest, friendships and planning for our futures are fine for other people, but not for us. Right?

Not so fast! You are NOT a bad person if you want and need to take care of yourself, too. That’s called being human.

The From One Caregiver to Another membership is for you if you want encouragement to take care of yourself and learn the real-world skills you’ll need to do it. And if you want to stop feeling so discouraged, overlooked and stuck. It’s just $29 per month.

It’s 100% possible for YOU to decide you aren’t OK living with exhaustion, overwhelm and burnout anymore. To know you really can take care of yourself. Even when the people around you are counting on you.

From One Caregiver to Another is for YOU if you are a family caregiver and you want more out of life, too.

If you are desperate for some rest and feel like there’s no way you can make the people in your life understand or agree that you have human needs, too – then this membership is exactly what you need.

*Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Q: What is group coaching?

A: In this membership, all coaching will be conducted one-on-one virtually, and all group members will be encouraged to watch and apply the coaching conversation to their own lives. If you are curious about the difference between coaching and therapy, please listen to this podcast episode (if you are scrolling through an app looking for it, it’s number 43).

Q: I can’t use my video to participate in coaching because I just don’t have the private space to do that, so I can only listen and interact by audio – is that OK?

A: YES! I don’t require anybody to be “on camera” with me. It’s great if you can turn your video on, but if you can’t, listening to just the audio can work very well too. If you are being coached, I do ask that you are in a quiet, stationary place (no driving, riding a bike or sitting in a noisy restaurant while being coached, please).

Q: I don’t want to make any long-term commitments. What if I don’t like the membership, or what if I need to take a month off?

A: This is a monthly membership program. You pay as you go along, one month at a time. There will be some bonuses you’ll get access to after you stay in the group for 100 consecutive days and then after 6 consecutive months. If you aren’t interested in the bonuses, you are welcome to cancel and return as often as you’d like.

Q: My life is so busy and I have to keep everything running for everybody. I’m having a hard time believing that I can get some rest, let alone take care of myself, too. Can I realistically do this?

A: All you need to learn is some new skills and some new thoughts. I can’t promise you it will be easy, but I do know it is possible for YOU to take good care of yourself. No matter how many years you’ve been putting yourself last (and if you’re anything like me, maybe you’ve been putting yourself last for decades).

Q: I’ve always been so hard on myself. I’m terrible at self-care and self-compassion. Am I ready for this?

A: You don’t have to be good at self-care or self-compassion to join the membership! You don’t even need to believe it’s possible yet. Just be open to the idea that you can learn more and love yourself, too. If you’re really stuck, listen to this podcast episode called “Ten New Thoughts for Family Caregivers” (it’s number 59).

Q: Is this really only $29 per month?

A: Yes, it’s really only $29 to join the From One Caregiver to Another membership and maybe change your life forever. So what are you waiting for?

Please note that, in order to take good care of myself, I don’t work on Sundays.
