Caregivers and parents: are the emotions of your family members overwhelming you?
If so, please know you can begin to reduce that overwhelm with three little words! In this short video (it’s less than 4 minutes!), I will show you a sequence of three tiny words that can give you relief from that feeling of overload. They aren’t what you’d expect, but this combination of one-syllable words is a powerful tool.
As I’ve been saying a lot lately, we can have our own back – or “Be Our Own Oxygen Mask!” We’re in this together. I believe in you. You are doing a good job!
Watch the previous short video here – I talk about how to reduce the overwhelm of your own thoughts and feelings.
