Caregivers and parents feeling overwhelmed by stay-at-home orders, you don’t have to be the victim of overwhelm.

Watch as I use some of my favorite building block toys to illustrate how we can begin to deflate that overwhelm so many of us are feeling right now.

I’ve been using my “3 Keys to Great Intergenerational Leadership” as a structure for talking about so-called “soft skills” for a while. So in this particular video, you’ll notice that I’m wearing my “Stop Making Excuses” t-shirt – but I I think the reason we’re allowing overwhelm as an excuse is because we don’t understand it. I hope I can help by taking the mystery out of it!

As I’ve been saying a lot lately, we can have our own back – or “Be Our Own Oxygen Mask!” We’re in this together. I believe in you. You are doing a good job!
