Is Facilitator on Fire for teams or for individuals?
For multi-generational teams and their leaders, we offer the “Great Teams on Purpose Mastermind.” Your team can become higher-performing, more supportive, and happier, no matter how wide the gap is in the ages of your team members.
For individuals, we provide business coaching for entrepreneurs who are the “filling” in a sandwich family. And, we provide leadership coaching for those who manage more than two generations in the workplace.
What does a Facilitator on Fire engagement cost?
How much are your roadblocks and unresolved issues costing you – every month, every week, every day? Think of the headaches, lost staff time, frustration of time-wasting – and, of course, the potential loss of business you may not even know about.
We’ve designed the Facilitator On Fire services to eliminate an “hourly rate clock” running. We will present you with an agreement customized to meet your specific needs. In return, you will have a specific timetable so you will know what to expect and when.

Kay Coughlin, CEO and Chief Facilitator of Facilitator On Fire, is on a mission to help Millennials, Gen X-ers and Boomers (and Zs and Traditionalists, too!) work together on teams that are higher-performing and happier.
Kay’s Great Teams on Purpose Mastermind helps leaders and managers build amazing multi-generational teams (more information here) . The skill she teaches in her public speaking, “How to be Heard in a Noisy Business World,” is part of the formula she created to help teams become abundantly successful, together.
Facilitator on Fire is a subsidiary of Donor Relations Mindset LLC, which Kay founded in 2015. Kay lives with her husband and children in central Ohio. Kay can be found on LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
help make a difference
The “Buy 1, Give 1” business model and social enterprises are making the world a better place every day. We at Facilitator On Fire are committed to doing our part to serve non-profits who typcially can’t commit resources needed to hire premium consulting firms. Each for-profit client engagement helps us provide services to non-profit organizations – on a sliding scale they can afford.
