Woven throughout impostor syndrome is the most dangerous belief of all: that you must be validated by somebody other than you. It’s an insidious lie.
The truth is you don’t actually need approval from anyone else, period. You can act toward yourself with unconditional love at all times. Every day, you can commit to being the person you want to be. It is your right, and it is within your reach.
You are perfect in every moment. You can change, in any way you want – but only do it if YOU are the one who wants it.
I‘d love to hear from you. Please leave a comment below or email me (Kay at FacilitatorOnFire.net).
