Is Facilitator on Fire for teams or for individuals?

Both. For teams, our workshops and coaching help you understand and adjust your team dynamics. There are no tricky puzzles, no trust falls, and no surprises – except how much progress you will make.

Your team should expect to work fast and hard – and get great results.

For individuals, we provide business and leadership coaching that is very straightforward and astonishingly productive. A new group coaching program for entrepreneurs will begin at the end of October, 2018.

What does a Facilitator on Fire engagement cost?

How much are your roadblocks and unresolved issues costing you – every month, every week, every day? Think of the headaches, lost staff time, frustration of time-wasting – and, of course, the potential loss of business you may not even know about.

We’ve designed the Facilitator On Fire services to eliminate an “hourly rate clock” running. We will present you with an agreement customized to meet your specific needs. In return, you will have a specific timetable so you will know what to expect and when.

help make a difference

The “Buy 1, Give 1” business model and social enterprises are making the world a better place every day. We at Facilitator On Fire are committed to doing our part to serve non-profits who typcially can’t commit resources needed to hire premium consulting firms. Each for-profit client engagement helps us provide services to non-profit organizations – on a sliding scale they can afford.
